HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION? CAN I BOOK MORE THAN A HOTEL?

To make a reservation on the website just choose the hotel you want to select, the dates, the number of adults and rooms. Finally choose the option "Book Now". The different types of room and the promotions will be displayed. To complete the reservation simply choose the option "Make this reservation" and fill in the requested information.
After completing your reservation you will receive a confirmation email. To make a reservation in more than one hotel it is necessary to book separately each of them. If you have any questions, you can contact the Reservation Department of the hotel or by email.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE BOOKING?

When you book directly through the dompedro.com website you will have access to the web rates that give you a discount on the Best Available Rate that which will not find on other booking websites. In addition you will get to know all the offers and exclusive deals that we reserve for you.

HOW CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER? EXTRA BED, CRIB, ETC.

o make a special request we suggest that, at the time of booking, use the "Comments" field. Alternatively you can use the contacts of each hotel. To book an accessible room for people with reduced mobility, we suggest that you contact the Reservation Department of the hotel or by email.

I HAVE LOST THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We suggest that you contact the hotel by telephone or email asking for a copy of the email or in order to clarify any related questions. If you wish to change or cancel the reservation, you can do it also this way. The conditions associated with the rate when booking will be applied.

Payments and other information

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT CONDITIONS? DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD THE ONLINE BOOKINGS?

To make a reservation through the website or by telephone you always need to indicate a credit card as a guarantee. In the case of non-refundable rates, the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation. If you opt for a refundable rate you can pay the amount with the credit, debit card or cash directly in the hotel. You will only be charged the full amount of the reservation on your credit card in case of late cancellation or no-show.

CAN I PAY AT THE HOTEL WITH A DIFFERENT CARD FROM THE ONE I USED FOR THE RESERVATION?

Yes. All refundable rates can be paid directly at the hotel with a different credit card or payment method (debit card or cash).

WHICH ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES? IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE?

You can find this information on the hotel page in the services area and in the confirmation email of your reservation. The change is possible upon availability of the hotel. If you wish to change the time, please contact the Reservation Department of the hotel when booking. In the booking confirmation you will find the contact of the hotel.

HOW CAN I MAKE A COMMENT ABOUT MY STAY?

After your stay, you will receive a satisfaction survey where you can give your suggestions. If you have not received any inquiry please send an email to info@dompedro.com.

CAN I BENEFIT FROM THE AQUAE SPA AND THE RESTAURANTS WITHOUT BEING HOSTED?

Yes. You can use the Aquae Spa services even if you are not staying with previous marking for massage or other treatment. With regard to restoration, anyone can use the services of the restaurants and / or bars of the Dom Pedro Hotels & Golf Collection group. WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PRESENT AT THE CHECK-IN?

You must always to present your identification card or passport.
If you are a member of the loyalty program of the group Dom Pedro Hotels & Golf Collection you must bring your card with you. The same applies if you are a beneficiary of the TAP Victoria program or a voucher holder.
